The Dangers of Summoning Spirits, Celestial Bodies, Angels and Demons

The question about life after death has been and will always be grist for heated debates. The fact that you can conjure the spirits and monsters from the depths, answers the question about the afterlife. There is indeed life after death. But this discussion does not dwell on the esoterics, but will rather focus on the dangers of the age-old ritual of calling the dead and other spiritual beings.

In Deuteronomy 8:12, the Bible explicitly condemns the practice of any form of sorcery. The point is - why should we call an inferior power when the the most powerful of all is ready to listen to our prayers? But man will seek supernatural power for his advantage .

Herein lies the danger. These spirits are very powerful and can unleash their wickedness on your hapless soul. Witches or not, you have to be extra careful if you want to conjure the spirits from another dimension. Even the most practiced of the medium are cautious when they indulge in the whispers, so do not attempt to practice the rituals if you are not thoroughly “schooled” in the arts, even in the ubiquitous Harry Potter spells.

The danger of spiritual possesson stares at you in the face whenever you commune with the spirits. Exorcism can help but the choice of exorcist presents a problem because both possessed and the exorcist can be vulnerable to the evil that lurks - that is if the exorcist does not have the true faith in his heart.

The Canon Law (1172) decrees that no one can perform exorcisms legitimately upon the possessed unless he has obtained special express permission from the local ordinary; and the local ordinary is to give this permission only to a presbyter who has piety, knowledge, prudence, and the integrity of life.

Others may scoff at the idea that magic or witchcraft is dangerous both to the initiated and uninitiated, but it is better to treat the matter with utmost respect. Magic and witchcraft are no child’s tales - these are real and can cause you endless misery if the evil spirits latch on to your life.
